Founded in 1994 by Ilana Jivago and entered to market in 1995 in Beverly Hills CA , JIVAGO is a fragrance house built on the experience and belief that scent is more than something we wear.
It is memory, emotion, energy, and connection.
For more than three decades, JIVAGO has created distinctive fragrances that bring together sophisticated scent, expressive design, and a sense of meaning that extends beyond the bottle.
OUR STORY
It began with a memory.
One of Ilana Jivago’s most vivid memories of her mother was her soft, warm, welcoming scent.
That memory became the inspiration for 24K for Women, the fragrance that launched JIVAGO and established a philosophy that still guides the house today:

Introduced in the 1990s, the original JIVAGO 24K Collection became known for incorporating pure 24-karat gold into its fragrance blend presentation and for its sculptural of the bottle design symbolizing “two become one” — physically and spiritually it had a philosophy to share , It became an immediate retail success and remains one of the defining creations of the JIVAGO story.
The Signature That Started It All

JIVAGO held a 20 years patent for combining precious metals mainly gold in fragrance blends , body lotions and skin care. making the most outstanding visual idea amongst the fragrance houses.
It was making gold itself part of the sensory and visual experience of perfume turning it to multi sensory experience .
JIVAGO was the first one using the name of a precious metal 24K in the beauty Industry. The idea went beyond luxury. For Ilana, it was on energetic level ,gold represents light, warmth, generosity, and positive energy — qualities reflected throughout the JIVAGO collection.
Over the years, JIVAGO's fragrance and packaging innovations have received recognition from the fragrance industry, including FiFi Award nominations and Hall of Fame recognition.

Fragrance enhances our memories of the world. One of the most vivid memories I have of my mother is her soft, warm and welcoming scent, which inspired my first fragrance, 24K for Women, and continues to inspire me today.
